Job summary

OGE Energy Corporation in Oklahoma City seeks a Joint Use Compliance and Contract Manager Specialist or Senior to lead end-to-end management of Joint Use and Pole Attachment contracts valued at over $1 million per agreement.

You will own the Joint Use compliance program, ensuring regulatory and contractual obligations are consistently applied, and you will partner with Legal, Finance, Regulatory, Engineering and Operations to keep agreements commercially sound and legally enforceable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 7 years experience in supply chain/contract management or related fields, or equivalent experience.
• Senior level qualifications require 5 years with a higher level degree or 8+ years with a HS diploma.
• Experience negotiating contracts with third-parties and managing contract lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Joint Use contract portfolio and lifecycle with renewal cadence, negotiations, amendments, and compliance assessments.
• Develop executive reporting on contract status, renewals, and financial impact to inform leadership decisions.
• Lead negotiations for Joint Use contracts, including terms, costs, ownership and regulatory risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with Accounting/Finance to ensure terms support cost recovery and billing processes.
