TekCom Resources, Inc. is seeking a Joint Use Billing Coordinator to manage end-to-end pole attachment billing, pole counts, and JUA compliance across multiple states, including Washington, Oregon and Idaho.

This role requires advanced Excel skills, multi-state billing experience, and the ability to resolve disputes, audit JUAs, and coordinate with utility entities and regulatory requirements (FCC, WA UTC, OPUC, ID PUC).

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years in financial, billing, or utility administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data joins and auditing.
• Experience with Joint Use billing and JU365 is preferred.
• Ability to manage multi-state billing programs and cross-jurisdictional audits.

Responsabilidades

• Compute per-attachment billing based on pole factors and ownership status.
• Track billing and payments across entities.
• Validate pole counts using JU365 and historical data.
• Prepare rate letters and audit JUAs for contract validity.
• Investigate disputes and unauthorized attachments.
• Track foreign pole billing across regions.
