TriNet Group is seeking a Joint Pole Clerk to support Maximize Communication Group in processing and analyzing joint pole authorizations for overhead assets. You will handle Form2/7 data accuracy and aid in executing and tracking related forms.

The role requires meticulous data management, strong Excel and Adobe experience, and the ability to coordinate with utilities, field teams, and management to meet department goals and improve customer service.

Competenze

• Two or more years of advanced administrative experience supporting a project or program.
• Experience managing data for a project or program which includes gathering, inputting, and reviewing data

Mansioni

• Act as the primary liaison between Maximize Communication Group and member utilities relevant to the joint pole authorization process.
• Utilize instruction manuals to accurately process and analyze joint pole authorizations.
• Communicate tactfully and effectively with member utilities, team members, other organizations, and various levels of management in regards to joint use practices.
• Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
