Global Dimensions, LLC seeks a Senior Joint Target Intelligence Analyst to support a mission-critical program at Fort Meade, Maryland. The role requires extensive all-source analytics, rigorous targeting methodologies, and experience briefing senior leadership.

Ideal candidates have TS/SCI clearance, formal Joint Targeting training, and 12+ years of experience in targeting, intelligence analysis, or related disciplines, with recent work within the last two years.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience directly supporting joint targeting, intelligence analysis, or a related discipline.
Formal Joint Targeting training completed.
U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

Develop, analyze, and maintain target systems supporting joint lethal and non-lethal operations.
Develop target nominations and maintain target intelligence records.
Create, update, validate, and upload Target Materials and other targeting products.
Produce analytic damage estimates (ADEs) and Battle Damage Assessments (BDA).
Conduct Collateral Damage Estimation (CDE) per DoD targeting doctrine.
Provide recommendations for target prioritization to support commanders.
Coordinate with planners, analysts, and mission partners on joint targeting efforts.
Mentor junior analysts on targeting methodologies and tradecraft.
