Job summary

Cherokee Strategic Edge, a division of Cherokee Federal, seeks a Senior HUMINT Targeting Specialist to support the U.S. Army Operations Group at Fort Meade, MD.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and deep experience in all-source HUMINT targeting to support operational planning and target knowledge. The specialist will produce complex targeting packages, coordinate with multiple databases and partners, and lead targeted analysis across multi-intelligence threads to enable mission

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to obtain CI polygraph.
• 10+ years of IC experience with CI/HUMINT targeting at senior levels.
• Knowledge of HUMINT operations and intelligence cycle processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; graduate HUMINT courses listed above.

Responsibilities

• Focus analytical efforts to identify or enhance HUMINT collection operations and planning.
• Identify critical network nodes and relationships to topic of interest.
• Leverage multiple intelligence communities to support targeting efforts.
• Research and assess potential targets for HUMINT collection activities.
• Produce Targeting Packages including LT, LDP, SDA, SVP and respond to RFIs.
• Participate in targeting production reviews and recommend improvements.
• Utilize databases such as TAC, TIDE, CCD, SIGINT databases, MAS and Palantir.
• Conduct analysis and coordinate with project teams; supervise small group interactions.
