Base-2 Solutions in Fort Meade, MD is seeking a senior Joint Target Intelligence professional to support USCYBERCOM staffs and components. You will perform target-system analysis, develop targets, manage target lists, and assist combat assessment to enable rapid, accurate targeting decisions.

The role requires TS/SCI with CI Poly, deep knowledge of IC/DoD processes, and the ability to produce concise written products and briefings for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of intelligence mission and analytic methods.
• Ability to conduct rigorous research across information sources.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across the IC.
• Ability to review analytic products for sound arguments and conclusions.
• Knowledge of joint targeting processes and DoD guidance (JPs 3-60, 3-12).

Responsabilités

• Conduct target-system analysis, joint target development, target-list management, combat assessment.
• Produce target-system analyses, electronic target folders, target graphics, and battle damage assessments.
• Coordinate target intelligence across command components, Combatant Commands, and IC partners.
• Submit all-source production requirements, RFIs, and evaluate intelligence reports.
• Develop training materials and provide on-the-job training; support standardization and readiness.
• Prepare staff packages and participate in targeting boards and planning meetings.
