Job summary

Blueforce is seeking a Joint/Coalition Integrator to support HQ USAF Sponsored or Supported Wargaming in Washington, DC. You will be the principal facilitator for integrating various military branches and coalition partners during wargames, contributing to the development and execution of wargame designs.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years of military experience and excels in communication, with top-secret clearance required. Opportunities for analysis and reporting post-wargame will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of military experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a designated Joint Billet.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate integration of Army, Navy, Marines, Special Operations, and Coalition partners for AF wargames.
• Support wargame operations and post-game analysis.
• Recruit participants for wargames and help organize events.

Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Top-secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Education

Completion of Joint Professional Military Education Level 1
