Qualifications

• A minimum of 16 years military experience with at least 4 years in a Higher Headquarters organization.
• 2 years of experience in wargaming, concept development, operational planning, and/or strategic assessments.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex, multi‑faceted projects.
• Top-secret with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Supports the government game lead for wargame planning and execution.
• Contributes to wargame design and analysis plans.
• Manages data collection and post-game analysis.
• Drafts wargame reports for senior leaders.
