Ironclad Defense Works in Norfolk, Virginia seeks a Senior JISR&A Capability Development SME to support NATO Allied Command Transformation, focusing on multi-source and multi-domain intelligence fusion and integration. The successful candidate will bring Joint or Strategic-level intelligence experience, capability-development expertise, high-level briefing skills, and familiarity with multinational military organizations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent military-college qualification in engineering, information systems, aeronautics, Operations Research, project management, business administration, or related field; or bachelor's degree plus five years of relevant experience.
• At least three years of recent senior-leader briefing experience.
• At least five years of operational intelligence fusion and integration experience within the past 12 years.
• Experience must include multi-source or multi-domain intelligence at Joint or Strategic-level staff, and/or military effects Planning and Command and Control.
• Relevant backgrounds may include J2/J23 or J5/J25 experience in NATO or national headquarters.
• At least two years of program/project-management experience in military capability development.
• At least two years of multinational or NATO experience.

Responsibilities

• Support development of JISR&A capability products across DOTMLPFI.
• Provide methodological and analytical expertise for multi-source and multi-domain intelligence fusion.
• Support JISR and related Beacon projects.
• Elicit, analyze, evaluate, and trace operational, system, capability, and interoperability requirements.
• Support JISR&A doctrine, policy, CONOPS, and courses of action.
• Coordinate capability development across DOTMLPFI.
• Engage NATO Agencies, national militaries, academia, and Centers of Excellence.
• Support JISR&A program-management activities and capability validation.
• Capture lessons learned and best practices.
• Support senior JISR&A leadership and multinational engagements.
