Qualifications

• 5–10 years of bench jewelry experience with formal training preferred.
• Mastery of stone-setting across prong, bezel, pavé, channel.
• Experience with CAD/CAM workflows and casting oversight a plus.
• Polished, professional presence suitable for a luxury retail environment.
• Strong communication and ability to translate client vision into specs.
• Portfolio of custom work required.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level repairs: sizing, prong re-tipping, shank replacement, solder work, and stone-setting across platinum, gold, and mixed-metal pieces.
• Execute custom fabrication and CAD-to-bench work for bespoke bridal and fine jewelry commissions.
• Perform quality control and final inspection on all repair and custom work prior to client delivery.
• Maintain and calibrate bench equipment; manage inventory of findings, metals, and gemstones.
