Job summary
Trek Bicycle seeks a Senior Software Engineer to join the ERP team, responsible for developing, integrating, and supporting the JDE ERP platform and related systems. The role blends hands-on development with business analysis across Finance, Manufacturing, and Sales & Distribution, offering broad visibility within the organization.
You will design and implement JDE customizations, orchestrations, and integrations, while partnering with stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure quality
Qualifications
- 3+ years ERP development experience with JDE.
- Ability to architect end-to-end ERP solutions across Finance, Manufacturing, and Sales & Distribution.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills for junior engineers.
- Experience applying AI-assisted tooling to ERP workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain JDE customizations, orchestrations, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Lead ERP projects from scoping through go-live and production support.
- Triage and resolve complex ERP issues and maintain documentation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine requirements and translate them into technical specs.
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members on ERP development practices.
