Job summary

Trek Bicycle Corporation is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our ERP team, focusing on the JDE ERP platform and integrations with key third‑party systems. This hybrid role blends development with business analysis, and you’ll own design, development, and production support across Finance, Manufacturing, and Sales & Distribution.

You will mentor juniors, lead ERP projects, review requirements, and ensure robust integration solutions and code quality in a fast-paced, bike‑loving

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on ERP development with JDE.
• Ability to architect and deliver end-to-end technical solutions across the full ERP development lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical partners.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior engineers and contributing to team standards.
• Experience applying AI tools to ERP development workflows to improve quality and speed.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain JDE customizations and integrations.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, review, and refine requirements.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
• Lead technical aspects of ERP projects including scoping, design, and go-live support.
• Analyze and optimize business processes across ERP domains.
• Perform code reviews and enforce standards and documentation.
• Triage and resolve complex production issues across ERP ecosystem.
• Document technical solutions and configurations for knowledge base.
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
