Job summary

Enspire Partners is seeking an experienced JD Edwards OTC/Finance Analyst to optimize order‑to‑cash workflows and ERP configurations across Finance, Distribution, and OTC. The role combines business process insight with technical JDE expertise to drive enhancements and sustained improvements.

The candidate will lead cross‑functional projects, gather requirements, design solutions, perform testing, and deliver user training while aligning with strategic business goals and ongoing system upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of JDE configuration and project experience.
• OTC experience strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Support integration, configuration, and implementation of JDE processes across Finance, Distribution, and OTC modules.
• Lead OTC process improvements including order entry, pricing, credit checks, invoicing, collections, and cash application.
• Ensure end‑to‑end OTC workflow alignment between Sales, Customer Service, Distribution, and Finance.
• Participate in system upgrades: planning, testing, validation.
• Gather functional requirements and propose effective JDE solutions for business operations and IT stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver integrated JDE solutions.
• Configure or modify JDE software to meet evolving business needs.
