Management Performance Associates is seeking a Sr. Financial Business Systems Analyst to optimize JD Edwards in support of accounting and finance processes.

This on-site role in Doylestown, PA partners with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into effective JD Edwards solutions and drive high-quality delivery. Qualifications

• 8+ years in ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting JD Edwards applications.
• Strong knowledge of JD Edwards accounting/finance modules.
• Experience with JDE configuration, customization, integrations, and development tools.
• Ability to work independently and across global teams to deliver projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements and solutions.
• Know key financial processes: GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, cost accounting, financial reporting.
• Drive process improvement and measure value with KPIs.
• Design JDE solutions with ERP development teams to address business needs.
• Provide hands‑on support and training to drive JD Edwards adoption.
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements to implementation, managing scope, schedule and budget.
• Maintain documentation and ensure JD Edwards data quality and security standards.
• Stay current with JD Edwards releases and best practices.
