RealTruck is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Systems Engineer (JD Edwards) to spearhead software solutions for manufacturing, distribution, and related operations.

This role collaborates with global teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable JD Edwards-based systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and project delivery timelines. The position offers remote flexibility with possible onsite 2–3 days weekly to support collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS or related field; master's preferred.
• 8+ years IT experience supporting manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• 4+ years experience with Oracle JD Edwards required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems for scalability and performance.
• Lead cross-functional and international teams across projects.
• Collaborate with ELT, product managers, designers and engineers to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Analyze and solve complex technical problems aligned with project goals.
• Write and review system requirements, leading critical components.
• Mentor junior team members and drive testing strategies and quality assurance.
