Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
• At least five years' experience, ideally in Consumer Products or Food Manufacturing.
• Five+ years in senior analyst roles designing and implementing ERP solutions (JD Edwards or similar).
• Strong ability to define software requirements and QA methodologies.
• Excellent communication with both technical staff and business users.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements and functional specs with stakeholders.
• Assess benefits/risks of new technologies.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Build productive relationships within IT and with business.
• Ensure delivery of service requests and UAT ownership.
• Manage project financials with external resources.
