Job summary

Expedite Talent Solutions is seeking an accomplished Java professional for an onsite 12-month project in Philadelphia, PA. The candidate will work from day one at the office, with no travel required, and will engage in designing and building scalable microservices.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, a BE-equivalent education, and strong skills in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful services, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Java programming language with OOP and design patterns.
• Experience with Java frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, JPA.
• Relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Knowledge of containerization with Docker and Kubernetes; DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Java-based software solutions.
• Develop and maintain microservices using Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Collaborate with teams to design and implement RESTful APIs.
