Job summary

Expedite Talent Solutions is seeking a Technology Lead for Java/Spring Boot to guide development of scalable microservices in Minnesota City, MN. You will own technical designs, mentor engineers, and collaborate across QA, DevOps, and product teams.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of hands-on software development experience, strong full-stack capabilities, and a proven track record delivering enterprise applications using Angular, Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Kafka and cloud services.

Qualifications

• B.Tech./MCA or equivalent with 16 years of formal education.
• 4–6 years of proven software engineering experience.
• Hands-on Full Stack experience with microservices architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Angular, Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, Git, Kubernetes/NoMad, Kafka, Azure AI and MySQL.
• Solid understanding of design principles for scalable, maintainable apps.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in the full software development lifecycle with focus on coding, testing, and debugging.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with team to design, develop, and deploy new features.
• Optimize and enhance performance of existing applications.
• Communicate with management and technical support teams.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and release readiness reviews.
