Job summary

Envision Technology Solutions seeks a seasoned technical leader to drive end-to-end solution design and development for payments domain, including card processing systems and fraud management. You will guide offshore and onsite teams across multi-location delivery, ensuring scalable software and secure architectures.

You will actively develop critical components, build REST APIs with Java and Spring Boot, and optimize data models and performance while coordinating CI/CD and DevOps initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 3 years as Technical Lead or Lead Developer.
• Experience leading offshore and onsite teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design and application development.
• Define technical architecture and development standards.
• Drive best practices around coding testing security and performance.
• Conduct design reviews code reviews and technical assessments.
• Guide teams through complex technical challenges and production issues.
• Actively participate in coding and development activities.
• Build REST APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design database solutions and optimize application performance.
• Develop integrations with payment processing platforms and third-party systems.
• Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps initiatives.
