Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in payment applications and transaction-processing, plus cloud platforms, DevOps, and the ability to guide engineering teams across distributed projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development and architecture.
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, TypeScript, REST APIs.
• Experience designing and developing payment applications and transaction-processing systems.
• Knowledge of payment domains and standards (ACH, Wire, SWIFT, RTP, ISO 20022, card/merchant payments).
• Strong experience with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and Jenkins.
• Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and transaction processing.
• Experience with Agile development and distributed engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder communication, technical leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise apps using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices.
• Design and implement secure, scalable REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Collaborate with business, product, architecture, and operations teams to deliver technology transformation initiatives.
• Ensure applications meet performance, security, scalability, reliability, and high availability requirements.
• Lead code reviews and establish engineering standards, best practices, and development guidelines.
• Provide technical mentoring and guidance to development teams.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and DevOps practices.
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to architecture and solution design decisions.
• Troubleshoot complex application and production issues and drive effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with distributed Agile teams and manage technical communication with stakeholders.
