Job summary

KTek Resourcing LLC is seeking an accomplished Java lead to drive design and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. You will work with Core Java, SpringBoot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices in a cloud environment, shaping REST APIs and data models while mentoring a high-performing team.

Candidates should have 8–10 years as a developer, with 15–20 years overall, strong analytical skills, ATDD experience, and a proven ability to navigate complex domains such as Finance and employee equity

Qualifications

• 15 to 20 years of experience required.
• 8 to 10 years of experience as a developer.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years exp in Core Java, SpringBoot ,Angular and worked as lead.
• Experience in designing/developing Microservices in cloud environment
• Experience in Rest API.
• Working knowledge in PCF.
• Exposure to domain like Finance,Employee equity program.
• Experience in RabbitMQ is a good to have.
• Able to lead the team and solve their technical problems
• Experience in ATDD
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience in Code refactoring and implementing best practices
• Good analytical skills in Requirement analysis and Suggestions for improvements, identify requirement gaps
• Exposure to creation of high-level and low-level design document
• Should have experience in coding with standard and able to deliver code independently
• Able to trouble shoot and provide quick resolution.
• Experience in peer review and exposure to following organizational process.
• Experience in impact analysis and defect analysis
• Should be able to follow company process
• Should be able to follow customer process
• Should have worked in Agile environment
• Good team Player and servant leader
• Takes accountability and ownership of tasks assigned
