Job summary

Mphasis is seeking a Java Technology – Lead to drive delivery on Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud and Microservices for US-based clients. The role emphasizes hands-on technical leadership and cloud deployment using PCF, with guidance to offshore teams.

The ideal candidate will have 15–20 years of experience, including 8–10 years in Java development and leadership, and strong expertise in Angular, ATDD, and Agile practices.

Qualifications

Hands on knowledge on Core Java, SpringBoot, Spring Cloud, Microservices, PCF, Mongo DB
Total 8–10 years as a developer with 8–10 years in Core Java, SpringBoot and Angular
Experience designing/developing Microservices in cloud environments and REST APIs
Working knowledge of PCF and Agile methodologies
Experience in ATDD, code refactoring and mentoring the team
Exposure to AI tools and GenAI is a plus
Ability to lead offshore teams and own tasks from design to delivery
