Job summary

You will collaborate with clients and project teams, perform reviews, and guide best practices in microservices, OpenShift, Docker, and CI/CD to ensure successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred
• Proven hands-on leadership in Java applications and SDLC
• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native patterns
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB and testing practices
• Hands-on coding and design reviews; mentoring team members

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Java applications and services
• Mentor developers and conduct design/code reviews and technical reviews
• Own delivery, oversee SDLC activities and ensure quality standards
• Collaborate with clients and teams; communicate progress and risks
• Promote best practices in software architecture and tooling
