The role requires 10+ years of Java backend experience, deep knowledge of SQL, JPA/Hibernate, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud/CI/CD practices, plus strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Java backend development experience.
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, JPA/Hibernate, and databases.
• Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Good understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP and CI/CD.
• Strong system design, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead backend development and provide technical guidance to the team.

• Drive architecture, design, coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor developers.
