Responsibilities

• Oversee coding, testing, and debugging and test data preparation.
• Oversee and prepare flowcharts and diagrams for development.
• Prepare production instructions and end-user manuals.
• Lead and coordinate research for proposals and system changes.
• Analyze applications for hardware needs, evaluate schemas, write SQL, deploy packages.
• Review and revise programs to improve efficiency.
• Analyze logs and system metrics to troubleshoot.
• Coordinate scheduling and project assignments.
• Develop standards for programming staff and interfaces and reports.
• Recommend changes to improve performance.
• Create backup and restore processes.
• Coordinate, assign, and track work.
