Qualifications

• 3+ years of applied software engineering experience.
• Experience in system design, development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS (EKS/EC2).
• Familiar with enterprise AI-assisted development tooling and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions at scale.
• Produce production-ready code and maintain robust algorithms.
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling to improve code quality and speed, with peer review.
• Create architecture and design artifacts for complex apps and ensure design constraints are met.
• Gather and visualize data for continuous software improvement.
