Quantum Technologies. LLC in Irving, TX is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to spearhead hands-on design, development, and delivery of complex Java/Spring Boot enterprise applications for the Labor Management of the Future (LMOF)/CREWS program.

You will drive architecture, guide engineers, and ensure scalable, secure solutions across microservices and data platforms. The role combines coding, reviews, troubleshooting, and mentoring, with a focus on reusable frameworks, event-driven processing,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 8 years in Java development.
5+ years in senior technical lead or equivalent hands-on leadership.
Experience delivering enterprise applications with Spring Boot, REST, and microservices.
Mentoring engineers and guiding complex implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead hands-on Java/Spring Boot development across the SDLC.
Translate requirements into configurable software components and evaluate approaches.
Design configuration-driven capabilities and rules engines.
Build shared libraries, reusable frameworks, and SDKs.
Develop Kafka producers/consumers and event-driven processing.
Develop AWS-based cloud-native apps and CI/CD pipelines.
Apply secure coding and observability practices.
Mentor engineers through code reviews and hands-on support.
