NTT DATA Services in Irving, Texas is seeking an expert Java Spring Boot / Microservices Developer for a full-time, hybrid role. You will design, develop, and test enterprise applications, delivering shippable code in short increments while applying best practices.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Java/Spring Boot, microservices, REST services, and experience with relational and NoSQL databases, messaging with Kafka, and cloud-native platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/OpenShift).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Java/Spring Boot enterprise apps.
• 5+ years designing microservices-based solutions.
• 5+ years with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).
• 5+ years with NoSQL (MongoDB).
• 5+ years with Kafka and event-driven integrations.
• 5+ years cloud-native design with Docker/Kubernetes/AWS/OpenShift.
• 5+ years cross-OS environments (Unix/Linux/Windows).
• Experience in customer discussions, code reviews, and delivery.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deliver Java/Spring Boot enterprise apps.
• Develop microservices and components per requirements.
• Design REST services and ensure quality with tests.
• Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB databases.
• Implement event-driven integrations using Kafka.
• Containerize and deploy on Docker/Kubernetes in AWS/OpenShift.
• Apply microservices principles for scalable architectures.
• Collaborate across teams and support delivery in Agile sprints.
