Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on Software Engineering concepts.
• Experience leading teams of technologists to manage and solve complex technical items.
• Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, Messaging Systems (MQ), Oracle, Postgres, Dapr, Flink, Kafka and Iceberg.
• Experience in writing and maintaining REST/SOAP Based APIs.
• Strong background in Database Management, Web Services, Databricks and Oracle SQL.
• Understanding of observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or Grafana.
• Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods.
• Ability to guide and coach teams toward strategic initiatives.
• Experience with hiring, developing, and recognizing talent.
