Job summary

re-zoo-me is seeking a Senior Java Software Engineer- SWAT (Remote) to design and build production-grade Java backend services powering critical integrations and internal applications. You will collaborate with architects, Salesforce engineers, and other technical partners to deliver reliable APIs and scalable data connections in a fast-moving agile environment.

The role is remote (US-based candidates only).

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Java backend development.
• Proven track record building and supporting production-grade Java services.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience developing REST APIs and integrating distributed systems.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Apex and LWC) preferred.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures (Kafka) is a plus.
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud environments.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Java Software Engineer- SWAT (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will focus on building and supporting production-grade Java backend services that power critical integrations and internal applications. You will collaborate closely with architects, Salesforce engineers, and other technical partners to design reliable APIs, data flows, and scalable system connections. The position also calls for strong troubleshooting skills and a hands-on approach to delivering high-quality software in a fast-moving, agile environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $180,000 annually
