Job summary

Chase is seeking a skilled Java backend engineer to design, develop, and implement software solutions across the SDLC. You will troubleshoot, review code, and participate in architecture discussions, ensuring alignment with standards.

The role involves building distributed backend services, RESTful APIs, and real-time data processing using Java, Spring, and related tech in an enterprise environment. Collaboration across PMs, BAs, and teammates is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Applied Computer Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field plus 5 years of experience in role.
• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Applied Computer Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field plus 3 years of experience in role.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement software solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and outline proposed solutions.
• Participate in SDLC activities including design reviews and code reviews.
• Mentor team members and ensure alignment to architectural standards.
