Qualificações

• 7 to 10 years of software development experience.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot skills.

• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with banking, card network, and regulatory requirements.

Working knowledge of - Payments and Banking domain, Card payment processing, Credit and debit card disputes, Chargebacks, Fraud claim processing, Visa and Mastercard dispute lifecycle, Payment exceptions and reconciliation, Regulatory compliance and audit requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain dispute management applications.
• Implement enhancements related to chargebacks, fraud claims, retrieval requests, arbitration, and payment exception processing.
• Develop scalable APIs, batch processing solutions, and workflow automation components.
• Collaborate with business analysts and product managers to understand dispute-processing requirements.
• Participate in system design, code reviews, and technical architecture discussions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with banking, card network, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:
