Job summary

Optimus Technology, Inc. seeks a Records Transition and Integration Specialist to migrate PRL records from SharePoint to FEITH Records Management System and to design Java-based preprocessing components for multiple source systems.

The role focuses on integrating FEITH SharePoint Connector and ensuring scalable ingestion workflows. You will extend an existing codebase and support cloud modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong Java development experience and SharePoint familiarity.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and data preprocessing.
• Ability to work under direction of a Technical Lead and communicate technical solutions clearly.
• Self-sufficient, adaptable, and capable of analyzing complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Java-based preprocessing components for data ingestion.
• Extend the existing Java preprocessing framework to support more data sources and formats.
• Develop and maintain integration logic for SharePoint and other sources using FEITH components.
• Configure FEITH components within ingestion workflows and initial module setup.
• Troubleshoot ingestion and integration issues by analyzing logs and system configurations; implement fixes.
• Apply OO design principles to create maintainable, reusable, and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with Technical Lead, FEITH team, ERMS team, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and rollout.
• Conduct data ingestion activities, including one-time migration to FEITH and future ingestions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for data flows, processes, and designs.
• Provide guidance and light user support to onboard users to new records management processes.
