Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering large‑scale Java applications across multiple implementations.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with relational databases, SQL, stored procedures, and Oracle database replication or performance tuning.
• Experience with Unix/Linux environments and containerized platforms (OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience with CI/CD toolchains (Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible).
• Experience building cloud solutions with strong focus on security and CVE management.

Responsibilities

• Own design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of secure Java-based features and services.
• Translate requirements into maintainable designs aligned with architecture standards.
• Design and implement REST APIs and microservices using Java and Spring.
• Apply secure coding practices and support remediation of vulnerabilities (CVEs).
• Deliver solutions meeting acceptance criteria while managing reliability, performance, and technical debt.
• Lead technical work, including platform upgrades and new deployments, with production-readiness focus.
