Job summary

Acara Solutions, An Aleron Company, is seeking a senior systems analyst to design and guide complex banking applications, with emphasis on Salesforce/Azure integrations and business process alignment. You will lead technical directions, collaborate with clients and vendors, and mentor junior staff.

The role requires an Associates degree with 5+ years in systems analysis or application development, or a 7-year combined education/work path.

Qualifications

• Associates degree plus 5 years in systems analysis and/or application development, or 7 years combined education/work experience with at least 5 years in the same area.
• Familiar with application development software and hardware platforms; proficient with PC-based PM, word processing and spreadsheet tools.

Responsibilities

• Designs information systems solutions and provides technical direction for new or existing applications.
• Acts as principal designer for major modifications and directs project activities to meet client requirements.
• Leads and mentors less experienced personnel and coordinates with applications and business units.
• Interacts with senior management, clients and vendors to ensure project milestones and delivery dates are met.
