Job summary

Candescent is seeking a senior engineer to drive complex Salesforce and Terafina integrations within banking solutions. You will design, configure, and deliver scalable solutions across cloud and on-premise environments, working closely with customers and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have 9–12 years in Java and integration, strong business analysis, and excellent communication. Expect collaborative, fast-paced delivery with ongoing training for junior developers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 9–12 years of experience in building and developing Java-based solutions.
• 5+ years with design patterns and complex integration requirements (cloud and on-premise).
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and data presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Technical Requirements sessions with customers to understand product fit and gaps.
• Configure, customize, and integrate within product boundaries.
• Lead an implementation team of Salesforce Developers, UI Developers and QA to deliver per sprint plan.
• Review code and design/build solutions for complex requirements.
• Coordinate with customers and partners through project lifecycle: requirements, integration, UAT fixes, cutover and transition support.
• Train onboarding Salesforce developers on configurations, customizations, and integrations on Terafina.
