• Hands-on experience with enterprise J2EE/web applications and production support.
• Experience in Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices and cloud technologies.
• Experience with PCF or similar cloud environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in SAAS environments.
• Experience in production monitoring, data analysis, and client communications across multiple locations.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate offshore/onsite efforts.
• Exposure to Kanban and ticket-based support models.
