Job summary

Wall Street Consulting Services LLC seeks a senior software engineer to lead platform initiatives, drive automation, and optimize the SDLC. You will oversee day-to-day requests, long-term projects, and strategy, while eliminating toil and waste in the delivery process.

The role requires deep JVM expertise and leadership in a distributed systems environment. The candidate will ensure platform compliance with security and audit policies and maintain high stability during updates and maintenance

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, incl. 5+ years with Java/Kotlin.
• 5+ years hands-on with JVM.
• Experience with large scale JVM applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee platform, day-to-day requests, long-term projects and strategy.
• Improve team performance by eliminating toil through automation.
• Eliminate waste in the SDLC process.
• Ensure platform complies with Citi policies (compliance, security, audit).
• Maintain system stability during maintenance and enhancements.
