InPost is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join the Consumer & Merchant Domain / Send Team. You will own core services across parcel creation and large-scale initiatives, operating in a highly autonomous team environment.

You’ll design microservices with Hexagonal architecture, work with Kafka, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Kubernetes, and embrace AI-assisted tooling like Claude Code to accelerate delivery. This role is remote, with the final recruitment stage in Warsaw.

Qualificações

• Strong experience with Java 21+ and Spring Boot, including MVC and/or WebFlux.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB.
• Good understanding of Hexagonal / Clean Architecture and microservices patterns.
• Experience with automated testing, such as Spock or JUnit, Testcontainers, and contract testing.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and GitLab CI.
• Solid understanding of OAuth2/JWT-based security.
• Proficiency with AI coding tools. Claude Code is the company standard, and others are relevant.

Responsabilidades

• Designing and implementing microservices following Hexagonal Architecture principles.
• Actively contributing to architectural decisions and solution design.
• Building event-driven integrations using Kafka, Avro, and Transactional Outbox.
• Writing comprehensive automated tests, including unit, integration, and contract tests.
• Participating in code reviews and maintaining high code-quality standards.
• Taking ownership of assigned topics, gathering information from stakeholders to deliver end-to-end.
• Using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code in daily workflow.
