Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• At least five years of applied software development experience.
• Proficiency in backend development with Java Spring Boot and/or Node.js for microservices.
• Frontend proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and React or Angular (for full-stack).
• Experience leading AI-assisted software development tool adoption and secure coding practices.
• Knowledge of responsible AI use in engineering workflows and data handling.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and building distributed web services.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with agile delivery (e.g., Scrum) and SDLC practices.
• Understanding of CI/CD, resiliency, and secure engineering.
