Job summary

ChaTeck Inc. in Dallas and Tampa seeks a Senior Software Developer skilled in Java, microservices, and Angular to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable enterprise applications.

You will work across the full development lifecycle, building REST APIs, front-end features, and distributed systems in a cloud-native environment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and modern DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience for senior level.
• Strong hands-on programming with Java 8+ (ideally 11/17/21).
• Experience designing REST APIs and microservices.
• Proficient in Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java/Spring Boot apps.
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices following best practices.
• Develop front-end with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Design distributed systems with service discovery and API gateways.
• Write clean, testable code and perform unit/integration tests.
• Troubleshoot performance issues across layers.
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and DevOps.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Mentor junior developers and support engineering best practices.
