Job summary

JPMorganChase in Jersey City seeks a Senior Lead Software Engineer to build AI foundation services for GenAI and ML at enterprise scale. You will lead secure, cloud-native platform capabilities and collaborate with application teams to create reusable integrations and onboarding assets.

As a senior contributor, you will drive delivery, operate production systems, and shape governance and reliability practices across teams, delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with production systems.
• Hands-on design, development, testing and operation of distributed services.
• Experience with cloud-native platforms and AI/ML related workloads.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, integrates, and optimizes AI Foundation Services infrastructure components.
• Partner with LOB teams to co-develop reusable AI/ML capabilities and integrations.
• Translate requirements into technical designs, plans, and deliverables.
• Contribute to non-functional requirements, runbooks, and production readiness reviews.
• Build reusable assets and enable scalable hosting platforms for models.
