Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in the United States seeks a senior Java/React developer with strong MyBatis, OpenShift, and cloud deployment experience. You will work on RESTful services, Angular frontend, and a Spring-based backend across microservices, with emphasis on performance and security.

The role requires 8+ years in web development, proficiency in Kubernetes, and exposure to NoSQL databases. Strong documentation and collaboration across teams are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of web application development using Java and React.
• MyBatis experience is must.
• Experience deploying applications in OpenShift or similar cloud environments.
• Strong OOPs with Java and RESTful API knowledge.
• Angular application development experience is required.
• 5+ years with Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data, Spring MVC including testing.
• RDBMS experience with MS SQL Server and DB documentation.
• Knowledge of PKI, OWASP security guidelines.
• Experience in performance analysis and tuning.
• Strong understanding of design patterns and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on with EIP; Apache Camel or Spring Integration is a plus.
• Kubernetes experience and NoSQL exposure are a plus.
• Ongoing skills-based development through global/local platforms.

Responsibilities

• 8+ years of experience in web app development using Java and React.

• Proficient in Java OOPs and RESTful APIs.
• Strong Angular development experience.
• 5+ years with Spring Boot, Security, Data, MVC plus testing.

• Security awareness per PKI and OWASP guidelines.
• Performance analysis and tuning responsibilities.
• Apply design patterns and microservices architecture knowledge.
• EIP experience; Camel or Spring Integration a plus.
• Kubernetes experience and NoSQL exposure a plus.
• Ongoing technical and soft skills training and mentorship.
