Job summary

FINRA seeks a Lead Developer to own development across software products, mentor engineers, and establish long-term architectural foundations. You will design, build, and scale enterprise applications on AWS, driving architecture decisions and collaborating with product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline with 7+ years of related experience.
• Strong OO and database technologies with enterprise-quality solutions.
• Experience with Agile environments and test/build/configuration management.
• Excellent written and verbal technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale enterprise-grade applications on AWS.
• Define and drive the technical architecture and technology stack for the project.
• Lead engineering teams, mentor staff, and perform code reviews.
