Job summary
Capgemini in Denver seeks an experienced full-stack developer focused on Java and Spring Boot to join from day one. You will coordinate across onshore and offshore teams, contribute to microservices architecture, and deliver robust RESTful APIs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of hands-on development experience with Kafka ecosystems, Docker and Kubernetes, AWS, and NoSQL databases.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on Java.
- Deep expertise with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Experience coordinating and leading development with onshore/offshore teams.
- Extensive experience with Kafka, including Kafka Connect.
- Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
- RESTful API design and data-source integration.
- NoSQL databases such as MongoDB/DocumentDB and Redis caching.
- Strong knowledge of Kafka and message brokers.
- Familiarity with Harness, Splunk, Jira for CI/CD and monitoring.
- Experience with AWS cloud.
Responsibilities
- 7+ years of full-stack development with Java focus.
- Lead and coordinate development efforts across distributed teams.
- Design and implement RESTful services and microservices.
- Build and manage Kafka-based data pipelines and messaging.
- Containerize with Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes.
