Job summary

Excelacom is seeking a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to guide mobile platform services, device provisioning, and carrier integrations. You’ll own architecture, mentor the team, and drive high‑impact projects using Java/Spring Boot and modern front‑end tech.

You’ll apply Agile practices, DevOps, and AI/ML integration while collaborating with clients, engineering, and product teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions across cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience with 8+ years in Java and 5+ years leading teams.
• Strong front-end and back-end skills using modern frameworks and REST APIs.
• Extensive experience with AWS, CI/CD, and scalable enterprise apps.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, Kafka, and JPA/Hibernate.
• Experience designing multi‑tier architectures and distributed systems.
• Consulting background in agile environments is a plus.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering delivery across shifting priorities and mentor the team.
• Design, build, test, and support scalable full‑stack services for mobile provisioning and accounts.
• Develop Java/Spring Boot services and modern web apps with Angular or React.
• Own solution architecture and troubleshoot complex distributed systems.
• Apply Agile, TDD, CI/CD, and production support best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Evaluate AI/ML capabilities to improve features and productivity.
• Identify process improvements for clients and lead related workstreams.
• Support proposals and business development efforts.
