Job summary

Cognizant is hiring a Senior Java Full Stack Engineer with 7+ years of experience to design and build cloud-native solutions using Java, Spring Boot, React, and AWS. You will work with cross-functional teams across the software lifecycle to deliver scalable enterprise applications.

Responsibilities include designing microservices, RESTful APIs, and web interfaces; collaborating with product and architecture teams; enforcing best practices and contributing to CI/CD and testing strategies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Java and Spring Boot experience.
• Strong React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 skills.
• Experience building microservices and RESTful APIs in cloud environments.
• Proficiency with AWS services and modern delivery practices.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum with sprint planning and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade microservices and RESTful APIs with Java and Spring Boot.
• Build responsive, user-friendly web applications using React and frontend technologies.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and teammates across the lifecycle.
• Contribute to architecture, code reviews, testing strategies, and best practices.
• Support CI/CD, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure scalability and security.
