Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Design and develop end-to-end reactive architectures using Spring WebFlux and Angular.
• Full Stack Development: Build scalable microservices in Java and sophisticated, state-managed front-end applications.
• Performance Optimization: Implement non-blocking I/O to handle high-concurrency workloads with minimal resource overhead.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor mid-level developers, conduct rigorous code reviews, and set best practices for reactive patterns (e.g., Backpressure, Observables, and Schedulers)
• API Design: Develop and maintain RESTful and WebSocker APIs that support streaming data and real-time updates.
• 10+ experience in Java development and design
