Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking a Java Fullstack Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level full-stack applications with at least 7 years in full-stack development. The role focuses on scalable backend APIs and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, or Python, plus responsive front-end work with Stencil.js and React.js.

You will design databases for SQL/NoSQL, implement automated testing, and collaborate in a fast-paced Agile environment across AWS/GCP/Azure cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong backend development experience with Python (FastAPI/Django) and/or Java (Spring Boot).
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on with microservices architectures.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with message queues and event-driven systems (Kafka, SQS).
• Strong HTML5/CSS3 and responsive design skills.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, NgRx).
• Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite).
• Proficiency with Git and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable APIs and microservices using Java/Spring Boot or Python/FastAPI/Django.
• Develop responsive user interfaces with Stencil.js and React.js (and Angular).
• Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL database schemas and queries.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.
• Implement message queues and event-driven systems (Kafka, SQS).
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on API design and system integration.
• Apply Git version control and established development practices.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and iterative delivery.
• Develop and support applications across cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Troubleshoot issues with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
