Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain software across the full lifecycle. The role emphasizes Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and GitHub, with Angular and React experience preferred.

This hybrid position requires four days per week in the office. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions, implement automated tests, and optimize performance across back-end APIs and front-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 6+ years of IT experience.
• 4+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Java.
• 4+ years of experience with Spring Boot.
• 3+ years of experience with PostgreSQL.
• 3+ years of experience with MongoDB.
• Experience with GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their use cases and requirements, advocating for user-centric software solutions.
• Design, develop, and deliver solutions using modern tech stacks and methodologies.
• Assess requirements and determine appropriate technology stacks, integration methods, and deployment strategies.
• Create high-level software architecture designs outlining structure, components and interfaces.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers and architects across teams.
• Define and implement software testing strategies and processes.
• Improve application performance and optimize software.
• Apply test-driven development, CI/CD practices.
